Tickets are non-refundable.

Door tickets are cash only, there is an ATM in the entrance next to the merch table. Our bar accepts cash and all major credit cards.

The Empty Bottle is will call, all you gotta do is show your ID at the door. Wow, so easy.

Most nights, yes. If the show is sold out in advance, follow @emptybottle on Instagram for the most up-to-date show and ticketing information. And fun pics and vids.

Empty Bottle does not have a physical box office but you can buy a ticket at the door. Maybe. Just check the website.

Everyone will be sad, but sadness is temporary. All buyers will be notified with either a refund or a rescheduled date.

Often Empty Bottle is not the first location/party. Goblin mode entails at least the existence of a second location. Or some would say, a third.

Who, What, Where?

The Empty Bottle is located at 1035 N Western Ave

Yes. The Western #49 will drop you off right outside the venue. Alternatively take the Division #70 bus to Western and walk 2 blocks south or the Chicago #66 bus to Western and walk 5 blocks North.

There is ample street parking on Western as well as the surrounding side streets.

Visit our friends at Pizza Friendly Pizza. Pizza Friendly Pizza is a rock and roll-inspired casual neighborhood eatery by 16” on center and chef Noah Sandoval of oriole, kumiko, and kikko. The menu features sicilian-style pan pizzas available by the slice or whole pie, and side dishes all made with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. We're a laid-back neighborhood spot, and we're currently open for limited patio seating and a walk-up window where guests can pick up carryout orders or grab a slice of pizza to-go.

Empty Bottle is a fully stocked bar, pull up a stool and grab a beer, a cocktail or just about anything else.

We have a limited amount of seating at the bar. Seating is not guaranteed to be available for shows.

Yes you can. Weddings, corporate finance conferences, meetings for secret societies, cosplay conventions, baby showers or just you hanging out alone. We’re capable of doing anything that your mind can imagine and have likely done it before. Email matt@emptybottle.com.

Merch Store Policies

All products are non-refundable.

Items are shipped through our offsite fulfillment center. Expect 3-4 weeks delivery time. We’ll get it to you as fast as humanly possible, ok?

Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellation will not be possible after this window has elapsed.

Empty Bottle Presents

Empty Bottle Presents, or EBP for short, is the production and curatorial arm of Empty Bottle that handles any of our events that take place outside of the four walls of the venue. Examples of EBP happenings range from street festivals to pop-up concerts to partnerships with internationally recognized organizations EBP shows are not held onsite at Empty Bottle, please reference the location on the event.
